Health Data

HealthDoor reads health data only after you grant permission or upload records. The app uses this information to render your health workspace, answer your requests, generate plans, and maintain user-confirmed records. You can revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS settings.

AI Processing

When you ask the assistant to use health context, HealthDoor sends the minimum relevant context to configured AI providers to generate a response. HealthDoor does not use raw health records for public advertising profiles, and sensitive health content is handled under the privacy controls shown in the app.

Controls

You can manage connected sources, AI health-context consent, memories, notifications, and account deletion from HealthDoor settings. Deleting your HealthDoor account removes account-held records; it does not delete data stored by Apple Health on your device.
